"I usually don't take the time to comment on good service since I set very high expectations when I hire out contracting work. This is one of those cases where I felt compelled to take the time to recognize service delivery well and beyond my expectations.

Family Floors & More recently installed laminate flooring, that I had purchased, in our upstairs hallway and loft area. The process from bidding the job to the final inspeciton by your company [Family Floors & More] was flawless and an excellent expereince. Each step in the installation proess came together perfectly and within the agreed-to timeline. I was especially taken by the craftmanship and attention by Serge, the lead installer that completed the majority of our work. He worked quickly and methodically and his final product was perfect in my estimation. I could not be any more pleased than I am now.

Having worked in management at the corporate level, I truly know the value of good loyal employees. Employees are the face of one's company in the eyes of the customer. Serge, along with the other installers that helped on the job all represented your company well and lived into your promise of high quality craftsmanship.

The compeition is fierce in your industry with many choices when it comes to installation. I can certainly see why  Family Floors & More is so revered in our community. I went with your company because of the many outstanding reviews on social media and on Yelp. I was not disappointed at all by my decision on a contractor. A special thanks again to  Serge who displayed a strong work ethic you seldom see anymore. He is an employee any business would be proud to have working for them.
